Enquiries

On your initial phone call or email to our clinic we will take your name, age, number, which service you are interested in and the reasons for attending the clinic. Once you have taken this first step you will be contacted by your Counsellor/Psychotherapist within 48 hours, excluding weekends, so they can answer any other enquiries you may have, discuss your availability and the waiting list.

 

*The more day and times you can be available the sooner you may get an appointment. We can not guarantee after school appointments for students.*

  • Main Clinic

    The Main Clinic applies for children 6+, teenagers and adults, and provided by fully qualified and fully accredited Counsellors and Psychotherapists. A session is 45-60 minutes and €70 per session for one to one counselling appointment and €90 per session for couples counselling appointment.

  • Low-Cost Clinic

    The Low-Cost Clinic applies for adults and teenagers 16+ only, and is provided by newly qualified and pre-accredited Counsellors. A session is 45-60 minutes and €50 per one to one counselling sessions. Please give as much availability as possible as appointments are limited.

  • Waiting List Information

    There is currently a waiting list. You will be given a estimated wait time once you complete the enquiry form. Please list all your availability as the length of your wait time will also depend on your availability. Due to the high demand for evening appointments, they have the longest wait time and we can not guarantee regular after school appointments. If your available times vary each days/week please give more details in 'Additional Relevant Information'

  • Payment Policy

    A Therapist will contact you to make a provisional appointment and will email you a Sum Up invoice for the initial appointment. This must be paid within 24 hours to confirm your appointment. If the invoice is not paid within 24 hours the appointment will be offered to the next person on the waiting list. If in the case of a cancellation, we request one weeks’ notice. A cancellation fee applies for cancellations within 48 hours of an appointment.
