At The DMC Clinic we provide you with a safe and supportive place to talk about your mental health concerns. We believe that every client has different needs and so deserve a different and tailored approach. Traditional therapy may focus on a single therapy approach but this does not always suit every client. We offer a varied and integrated approach. These approaches can include a mixture of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Person Centred, Psychodynamic, Psychoanalytic, Gestalt etc.

  • Fee

    The fee per individual child, teenage, adult and parent support sessions are €70. The fee per couples session and double parental support sessions are €90.

    Low-Cost Clinic

    The Low-Cost Clinic applies for adults and teenagers 16+ only, and is provided by newly qualified and pre-accredited Counsellors. A session is 45-60 minutes and €50 per one to one counselling sessions. The Low-Cost Clinic is available Monday, Wednesday and Thursday afternoon and Monday and Wednesday evening.

  • Waiting List Information

    Please list all your availability as the length of your wait time will also depend on your availability. **Due to the high demand for evening appointments, they have the longest wait time and we can not guarantee regular after school appointments**. If your available times vary each days/week please give more details in 'Appointment Time Preference' Our last appointment time is 5.30pm.
  • Details required: Exact days (Monday to Friday) and times (specific times in morning, afternoon and evening) and must reflect continuous weekly availability. **PLEASE NOTE** We cannot guarantee we can accommodate your preference for an appointment time. Evening appointments have the longest wait time. 5.30pm is the last appointment time. After school appointments are limited.

  • Payment Policy

    A Counsellor/Psychotherapist will contact you to make a provisional appointment and will email you a Sum Up invoice for the initial appointment. This must be paid within 24 hours to confirm your appointment. If the invoice is not paid within 24 hours the appointment will be offered to the next person on the waiting list. If in the case of a cancellation, we request one weeks’ notice. A cancellation fee applies for cancellations within 48 hours of an appointment. The fee is paid at the end of each session for the following session.
